The Technology Strategies Group has a great deal of experience in technology
consulting. We have developed a practical approach to interacting with our clients which
ensures that the client is always informed and in control of the projects. This approach,
which is outlined below, has resulted in our achieving a high degree of customer
satisfaction. We intent to continue to follow this approach and to strive for client

Engagement Steps
- Definition of needs:
- develop an understanding of client's need, current capabilities, resources, areas of
concern
- determine the objective and scope of the potential assignment
- Proposal:
- sets the expectations and working relationship
- defines the objective, scope, work approach, deliverables, team, schedule, budget, and
terms
- assures the client of specific types of results to be achieved within a preset time and
budget
- Work effort:
- team performs tasks as defined by client agreement
- team provides interim results to client and addresses implications for later tasks
- team and client staff jointly refine program to most effectively achieve client
objectives
- team presents findings and recommendations, and discusses implications with client
- team performs additional tasks which result from client discussions, augments finds, and
submits final report
