Geoffrey Gill

Joined TSG after serving as Vice President of R&D for Bayer Diagnostic's Critical Care Segment. An expert in R&D and operations management, he has designed and managed operations turnarounds as a line manager and as a consultant. For example, at Bayer he restructured the organization and trimmed millions of dollars from the budget. At Aearo, he dramatically improved operations and labor productivity by implementing flexible manufacturing techniques. Previously, he was a Senior Manager in Arthur D. Little’s operations management consulting practice. He holds an A.B. from Harvard College and a M.S. from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.

Ron Whitfield

 Joined TSG after nine years as Vice President/Partner of the business consulting practice of Charles River Associates and CEO of a company that commercialized applications of neural network technology for the power industry. An expert on the chemical and plastics industry, he has helped clients in strategic planning, business development, valuation, and marketing management. He has improved company profitability with value-pricing, developed ancillary service strategies, repositioned products, and dealt with environmental issues. He holds a Ph.D. in Business and Applied Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
